PSP Wallpapers and Video Screensaver instructions.
Note: The information below is also included on each page or in zip and sit downloads.
Instructions for Getting Your PSP Wallpaper Onto Your PSP:
- Right-click (PC) or Ctrl-Click (MAC) to download the content onto your computer.
- Connect your PSP to your computer via USB mini cable.
- Turn on your PSP and use the Settings menu to select USB Connection. Hit X to initiate.
- A new folder will open on your computer.
- Drag or copy the Content into the PSP/PHOTO folder.
(You may have to create this folder yourself.)
- To view the Wallpaper, navigate on your PSP to the PHOTO folder and hit X to view the images.
- Once you are viewing the desired image, press the Triangle button to access the sub-menu and select 'SET AS WALLPAPER.'
PSP Video Screensavers and Animated Wallpapers are just for having fun and to make your hand held music
player look like your PC or Mac. Sound is included with most of these programs. There are a variety of video formats that your
PSP will accept, we currently use .mpg & .mp4.
Instructions for Getting PSP Video Screensavers Onto Your PSP with Windows:
- To use the Direct to PSP method, connect your PSP System to your computer using your "USB-A to Mini-B" cable.
- Turn the PSP on then scroll to select "Settings".
- Select "USB Connection" by pressing the "X" button.
- Now look at your PC - a new window will appear, called "Removable Disk". Select the "Open folder to view files using Windows Explorer" and click on "OK."
- Next, copy the .mpg or .mp4 into the "101ANV01" folder within the "MP_ROOT" folder.
